SHIPPING
Our unique jewelry pieces are dispatched from The Netherlands, and shipping costs may fluctuate based on weight, volume, and destination. You’ll find the precise shipping costs displayed during the checkout process.
Please allow a processing and shipping duration of 1-7 business days for your order.
It’s important to be aware that any additional custom duty taxes imposed by your home country are not within our responsibility.
In instances where the carrier confirms delivery after leaving our facility, we regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Delayed or lost orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for NL orders and 30 working days for international orders. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
Wrong or incomplete address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund the amount of the order without the delivery costs. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Delivered but not received: All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to another (e.g. work) address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
RETURNS
Unfortunately we can’t always accept returns. Each jewelry piece is individually crafted to your specifications, making it uniquely yours.
Returns are only accepted after thorough communication between us and if you have a valid reason.
Valid reasons for returns include:
- Broken jewelry
- Discolored jewelry
- Faults in the engraving
Before we can proceed with any return process, we require proof of the broken, discolored, or faulty engraved jewelry. This helps us verify the issue and ensure that it qualifies for a return.
Please note that our jewelry undergoes multiple quality checks to ensure that it won’t break or discolor under normal conditions. Therefore, if such issues occur, they are considered exceptions.
If the item arrives damaged, please contact us via e-mail as soon as the item arrives. We will consider replacing your jewelry or providing a refund if you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your jewelry.
CUSTOMS
Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders shipped to non-EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
Due to Brexit, all UK orders with a total value of £135 (approximately 150 euros, depending on the exchange rate) and up can be charged with additional customs fees and clearance costs.
Please take into account that the total value of combo deals is rated higher than our retail price when passing through customs. Reason for this is that UK customs rate the original value of each product. For this reason, it may occur that the rated value of your order exceeds the customs threshold of £135 which causes you to be required to pay customs even though your total order value was lower than £135.
Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
